Health care disparity is at a crisis point in the U.S. The number of deaths as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic has been unimaginable but the loss of life as a result of the disease has been staggering in the African American community. The disproportionate death rates in the African American community due to COVID-19 are attributed to a  greater prevalence of underlying medical conditions such as diabetes hypertension, obesity and asthma. We are fully committed to fighting historic healthcare disparity by educating the public most affected and joining with others to bring about health equity in the U.S.. Help us spread the word.
